GENERAL SPECIFICATION
Slice-shaped meat consisting of muscles in a shape of irregular oval, surface clean and free of any visible foreign substances. Muscles well-developed, without any foreign odour, without any serious bruises. Light redness is permissible. Without frozen scalding in frozen and deeply frozen meat. From chickens fed with feed that does not contain animal products.
According to Regulation (EC) No. 2073/2005 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1086/2011: Salmonella Typhimurium and Salmonella Enteritidis- non-existent in 25 g.
