PRODUCTION
Our leg meat products are obtained from the highest quality chicken raw material. We make every effort to ensure that our contractors comply with the highest sanitary and nutritional standards for chickens.
Animals intended for slaughter for poultry production in our company are not genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
From the obtained poultry product, with an average weight of 350 grams, we obtain about 200 grams of the finished product in the case of skinless leg meat, and about 230 grams in the case of skinned leg meat.
Shelf life for chilled chicken pieces is 6 days of slaughtering. Frozen and deeply frozen chicken pieces may be eaten within 12 months of slaughtering.
When processing the raw material to obtain the final product, we do not use machines. Poultry cutting, bone and skin separation are performed manually by our qualified team of workers. We also offer processing of halal poultry from ritual slaughter. The final product obtained has all the necessary European quality certificates in accordance with European directives.
PACKAGING
Polyblock chicken packaging
10kg and 15kg blocks of frozen poultry meticulously wrapped in polyethylene plastic bags.
Poly block packaging is one of the safest ways for food transportation This method, proven for years, will guarantee the delivery of poultry in perfect food condition.
Vacuum chicken packaging
2kg or 5kg portions of fresh poultry, vacuum packed in plastic foil, guaranteeing the freshness of the product.
Vacuum packing removes atmospheric oxygen from the primary packaging products are enclosed in, dramatically extending it's life.
MAP chicken packaging
5kg portions of fresh poultry packed using modified atmosphere packaging. The packaging technology guarantees the delivery of a fresh product through the exchange of gases inside the poultry packaging, into desired ones, preserving meat from degradation.
DELIVERY
Foil-wrapped products are placed in cardboard boxes, gradually placed on wooden pallets.
Then, each of the pallets is additionally secured with foil, binding the boxes on the pallet together for the safety of product transport.

THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME IS USUALLY 7-10 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Please note that to this deadline you should add the time of the truck's journey to the destination, which depends on the final location.
